Shipping Policy

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?


Our customer-friendly shipping rates are calculated on the weight of your shipment and the type of shipping service selected (Air). If your order is shipped in multiple boxes or separate shipments the total shipping and handling charges are not affected but are prorated across each box or shipment based on the percent of the total order value that each box or shipment represents. 

You could easily see an estimate of how much your shipping charge would be by adding an item to the shopping cart and entering your shipping zip code.  

What shipping method does use? uses USPS as the primary carrier for most small items. Should you require faster service within USA, customer can select from USPS 1ST Class, USPS Priority.  

For shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO addresses, please select USPS as the shipping method as UPS/FedEx do not deliver to these. 

Where does ship from? ships from our distribution Warehouses located in Florida (USA). 

When will I get my package?  


Your order is thoroughly reviewed by which is our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment. Please note, credit card processing can take up to 2 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our manufacturing warehouse in INDIA or our distribution Warehouses located in USA. Once an order has been shipped you will receive an email notification and you can also log into your account to view the tracking number. For the items not in stock this process takes up to business days. 

First Class: 2 – 5 Business Days 
First Class Intl: 2 – 5 Business Days 
Priority Mail: 2 – 3 Business Days 
Priority Mail Intl.: 3-5 Business Days


Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 3 days.

How do I get my tracking number?  

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to the address you have provided us within 48 hours with the tracking information. If you need more information on your order, please call us at +297-734-8034 or contact us by email at  for assistance. Please be advised that for security reasons, we can only email tracking information to the email address on file with your order. 

Do I have to sign for my package?   

For security reasons, shipments may require a signature at the receiving location. The receiver that is signing for the delivery confirmation MUST be 18 or older.
